From 2007 until 2019, we photographed weddings in over 30 countries, ranging from unique productions on the Mediterranean coast, temples in Bhutan, vineyards in Napa, to intimate backyard affairs. We absolutely loved the work, documenting real moments, using natural light, and navigating the beautiful chaos that naturally unfolded in front of our lenses.
After 12 years, 300+ weddings, and teaching other photographers on international stages, our focus shifted towards raising our young family. On occasion, we will photograph couples or a wedding upon request, so send us a message and tell us more about it — if it feels like a good alignment, maybe we will see you there!
Hi! We are Davina and Daniel, partners in business, photography, and life. We’ve been working together for as long as we’ve known each other, which is quite a long time (almost 20 years!). This beautiful career has allowed us to see the world (50 countries & counting), and to meet so many incredible people.
As wedding photographers, we have been recognized by countless organizations & publications (Fearless, World’s Best Wedding Photographers, American Photo, Rangefinder, to name a few), and have taught thousands of photographers by speaking at conferences and teaching workshops. We are also the founders of Image Salon and PHAiTO, which help photographers with their post-production & creative endeavours.
Somewhere along the way we had kids, Max & Charlie. While many believed this would force us to settle down, we chose to embrace the opportunity to raise kids on the road, and took them along whenever and wherever we could. We believe this has made them into the amazing little humans they are, full of playfulness and creativity themselves. After spending most of 2021-2026 in Costa Rica, we are currently putting roots in Montreal, where we continue to live a life rich in friendships, family, and creative endeavours.
