Meghan & John’s wedding was photographed by Davina Palik and Daniel Kudish

Daniel and I slept in embarrassingly late this morning (or afternoon, I should say!), rebuilding the energy we spent yesterday shooting the wedding of Meghan and John.  This was the first wedding of the year that Daniel and I shot together so we were both very excited! Meghan and John are conservation biologists who live in Mexico – worlds away, it seems, from their Montreal wedding. Luckily they enlisted the help of Elyna (unity-weddings.com) who helped make it all happen. The day went beautifully, without a hitch, as they say (except they did “get hitched”, does that count?). The biggest surprise, to us at least, was the incredible energy that came out of the guests when the Latin band appeared. They could dance us 20-somethings under the table, I’ll tell you that much! – and I mean that with the utmost respect!
